About Us

About Duck and Goose

Why We Exist

Our WHY

The challenges of gospel ministry are growing ever more complex. Leaders need theologically-rich and pastorally-sensitive resources to help them navigate these challenges. More importantly, leaders also need one another to maintain a faithful and joyful ministry. Therefore, the Duck and the Goose exists to promote faithfulness and friendship among ministry leaders.

What We Do

The Duck and the Goose provides articles on issues relevant for gospel ministry, hosts a series of virtual pastor calls with leaders and scholars, and organizes events where ministry leaders can learn from seasoned ministry leaders while also building lasting friendships.

Who We Are

Our History

The Duck and the Goose began with three seminary students sharing a house in Louisville, KY. Since then, dozens of seminary students have lived in the D&G and gone on to be pastors, missionaries, para-church and lay leaders around the globe. We are excited to invite new friends into this global network of ministry leaders.
